My experience with yoga began in 2010 as a complement to other athletic pursuits, specifically soccer and running. I was surprised to notice that beyond the physically healing benefits of the practice, yoga introduced me to a new mental clarity and inner peace I had rarely experienced.

I received my 200-Hr RYT certification from YogaKoh in New Zealand focusing in Vinyasa-style yoga, studying under Xinia Alderson, as well as formal Hands on Assists and Advanced Teaching Methodology certifications. My teaching style is inspired by elements of Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative and subtle body methods.

I have been living and teaching on Nantucket Island since 2021. I offer in-studio classes and private sessions, intended to cultivate presence, strength, mobility, and a deepened mind-body connection.
